La Zona (The Zone) represent the second investigation on the visionary world of Tarkovskij.
It’s the damned area where all the desperate people land. It is the land of Stalker, a spiritual guide that moves in a landscape that is continuously changing.
The general atmosphere that La Zona evokes is supported by the sound of objects, of far away echoes and led to the concentration of movements through an extreme borderline territory.
